I have used this product for couple of weeks and see absolutely no difference. For clarity of experiment I did not change my diet and did not start exercising, since I usually don't. So, with no changes in diet or exrecise, using this product did not help.C-block was more effective for me.

Take 2 caps with a meal that contains fat you don't want to absorb. Do not take with fatty vitamins, like A, E, or good oils, like Olive, Walnut, etc., or they will not be absorbed either. I found it to work very well. I've lost 30 lbs in about 4 months taking this with chromium, apple cider vinegar tabs, acai berry, and B-complex. Of course, have to watch your food choices.

I tried this product to just cut away the carbs. I have not seen any difference.

I exercise everyday.

I don't know how this does it but it really works. I can eat some carbs and not have my weight go upwards! It really is a good product for my particular metabolism.

This helps me maintain my weight easily since the holidays of 07 through now. I haven't exercised due to my asthma, but it is important to exercise if you can to maintain best health possible. Walking as much as I can.

I think this product works to help pass fats and some carbs out of your system undigested. I know it works because my bowel movements became normal and predictable, and I lost five pounds the first month without dieting. I am pretty active with four kids but I don't have time to exercise. I am not extremely overweight, but I tried it for three months then switch to the new FDA approved product thinking I could get faster results but it did nothing for me and is very expensive. So I am switching back. There are no side effects (because it has no stimulants), except maybe normalized bathroom visits, that I think is good anyway.

I'm not sure what the others were doing differently while on this diet. I did not notice a change in weight while taking this, I am not convinced that it works.

Good news is I lost 5 pounds within 3-4 days, but I was overweight to begin with, PLUS I was super motivated (meaning just had self control).
Bad news: I gained all and more few days later when I got off the diet.
Basically, this doesn't do a thing, you can drink a cup a coffee to get a better effect.

This is great! It helps me metabolize both carbs and fat. I don't have to think about what I eat anymore.
