Kept me going through a long day when all I really wanted to do was take a nap. The taste isn't terrific, but it's not as bad as soom low calorie energy drinks I've tried.

I don't really believe that taking B12 can help your energy levels unless you're B12 deficient, but I decided to try this anyway. It doesn't taste bad, but 5 Hour Energy tastes much better (although 5HE is much worse for you than this supplement). I didn't feel anything significantly energizing, but I was able to stay up until 2:30 AM after taking this in the early evening. Not that it made me stay up that late because I was so jacked, but it did enable me to stay awake that long without feeling too tired. Not sure if that was due to the supplement or a placebo effect or what. But I would definitely try this again as a healthier energy option.
