Compare Active Ingredients to Caltrate® 600+D Plus Minerals**
Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps those at high risk, including teen and young adult Caucasian and Asian women, maintain good bone health and may reduce their high risk of developing osteoporosis later in life. Adequate calcium is important, but daily intakes about 2000mg are not likely to provide any additional benefit. Now with extra Vitamin D. Vitamin D is essential for use of calcium and necessary for healthy bones, teeth and cartilage.* Calcium may also support a healthy colon.*

Comments about 21st Century 600 + D3 Plus Minerals, Chewable Tablets, 75 ea:
These are the most disgusting things I have ever put in my mouth!! I should have read the ingredients list--would have never bought them, even if they were free. How can anything be healthful when the first 4 ingredients are sugar, then further down there is another sugar product!! That's what they taste like--sugar tablet. I gag every time I chew one. But, I'm trying to get thru them, because I do not have money to just throw away. DO NOT BUY! I tried not to give it any stars, but was forced to give it one. This is the only review I have ever done for a product--that's how bad it is!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
