Make my own enzyme cleaning brew and need good quaility enzymes to make recipes. Other brands are inconsistant in potency and reliability, but have had no problems with this product. I suppose if these work well for my cleaning recipe this product would do well for helping folks breakdown starches and fats in their digestive systems.....

This brand has very active enzymes that seem to be better than the Swanson brand I have been using recently to make homemade Pineapple/Orange cleaner....This recipe needs enzymes to break down the pineapple and oranges to make a good cleaner....Don't know about using as a digestive aide, but this product very good for my purposes....
