I have always used Gelatin capsules from a local store but they were getting harder and harder to find. When I was browsing on Drugstore.com I thouhgt of looking them up. I started taking this months ago to strengthen my nails. My nails are stronger and seem to be growing faster as does my hair. The capsules are not huge, not difficult to swallow. They are also inexpensive, so if you want to strengthen your nails, give these capsules a try.
