Best Uses Comments about 21st Century Iron 65mg, Tablets, 120 ea: I am Anemic and was taking Nature Made iron 65 mg before using this product. I switched because this brand was cheaper and was listed as 65 mg as well. I do not like these iron tablets. They are too large- maybe a bit smaller than an M&M candy and just about as green as an M&M too!- I don't think they are potent either. Since taking them twice a day like I did with Nature Made, I feel like my Anemia symptoms are more noticable. I am going back to taking Nature Made 65 mg and see if I improve. Also Nature Made is a tiny tablet that is easy to swallow and is practically colorless. Pros

Comments about 21st Century Iron 65mg, Tablets, 120 ea: Iron supplemeents can be very confusing. What you need is 325mg of ferrous sulfate if (like me) you are advised to take Iron by your physician. There are low dose Iron tabs but they arent enough for people for me. These are a true 325 mg tablet but because of this they can be hard on the stomach if they upset your stomach take with food. Easy to swollow and effective and m=not very expensive too. Displaying reviews 1-2 ![]() |
