My doctor told me I needed to take these for PMS, cramps and also to act as a diurectic so I wouldn't have to take prescription diurectic. I felt physically nourished after taking these a couple of weeks. Helps reduce all symptoms of monthly cycle for women. Also because the B6 vitamin is in high amount I was able to get diuretic effect which I needed for medical reason, but without the prescription diuretic which was harsh on my system. I was surprised at the effectiveness of this formula. Pills are large but I just take one at a time and do fine.

This vitamin was recommended by my doctor. It has tons of vitamins and nutrients, but it's HUGE and hard to swallow. I have found that I much prefer a chewable vitamin, but the price on this one is right.
