Works quickly and effectively every time. I've used this for years. Best taken when chemical sleeping pills would give me a "hangover" but I'm too wound up to sleep. No side effects of grogginess the next day. On the advice of a pharmacist friend, I let it dissolve under my tongue for faster results.

I've tried so many different strengths and brands. Slow release, regular... whatever. THIS works! Thirty minutes to wind down and relax and I sleep great. It doesn't knock you out.
