we bought this product for our son who is in the heating and cooling industry. he's in a lot of crawl spaces and comes in contact with fiberglass materials from time to time. the mask helps keep the fiberglass particles away from his face and prevents it from getting in his lungs.

I use these while scrollsawing...the fine dust can be bothersome but these filters work very well. Once they are adjusted to my face, and I have a full beard, they keep the fine particulates away from my nose and mouth.

I have asthma and immune system problems. I always wore these respirators for a number of art-related reasons. Then I started wearing them all the time when cleaning house, then would leave the house after dusting and sweeping for a couple of hours and...no more asthma attacks! Whenever I flew, I would get sick. I caught something once that knocked me into bed for 5 weeks. The last time I flew, I got the idea to put on the N95 in the cabin. Lots of sympathy from the attendants, but that wasn't my plan. The biggest benefit was not getting sick at all. The other great thing was not getting sinus pain. Using this mask worked the same way in the plane as it does in cold weather. It keeps enough moisture in the air around your nose. Only downside: If you are exerting yourself, it can get hot. And if you wear it for quite a while--maybe half an hour or so, the mask leaves temporary "dents in your face". But why are they discontinuing these?

I am on an immuno-suppressant drug, and have asthma, but still need to clean the litter box for my two precious boy cats. My main concern was that my glasses would fog up while using the mask; I am happy to report that NO FOGGING occurred while wearing it! Fogging has always been a problem for me, especially outside on cold days, or ozone alert days in summer. This product adjusts beautifully to prevent fogging!

I have COPD with Bronchial Asthma. This makes it very hard for me to breathe most of the year, especially with house dogs. When doing heavy house cleaning, they help me to keep most of the bad particles away from my lungs. Yes they are not perfect, but, considering the alternative, they are what keep me out of the hospital. When doing my crafts and lawn, garden and woodworking, the mask keeps me breathing. I could not without them.

I wear these masks when coworkers are coughing, so I don't catch their illnesses. My husband uses them when sawing, drilliing, or painting because these are rated dust/mist masks and prevent inhalation of fine particles or mists. Very good product.

I have allergies to pollen, dust, etc. These filtering masks have really helped me do household chores by helping to filter out some of the allergens that might affect me. I wear a fresh filter mask almost every time I clean the house, etc. With the breathing out vent, they don't fog up my eyeglasses. Buying them in a large set is more affordable as the price per mask is much less. I hope they aren't discontinued by this store.
