Best Uses Comments about 4Ever Fit Caffeine Tablets, 200mg, 100 ea: When i first got this i decided to just take half of a tablet to try it out and i felt no difference. A couple of days later i took a whole tablet before going out and it didn't give me any extra energy. However i did get a horrible head ache tht would not go away for at least an hour and my nose wouldn't stop bleeding. It did curb my appetite but only because i felt really nauseous. There is no possible other thing to say, because I'm assuming everyone has had coffee at least once. These are caffeine tablets, they do stuff when you swallow them. They work. Comments about 4Ever Fit Caffeine Tablets, 200mg, 100 ea: These are 200mg--same as Vivarin--except about a quarter of the price. Vivarin no longer offers less-expensive large-quantity bottles, instead packaging each tablet individually to justify their premium price (even more than No Doze). This is the most potent over-the-counter product available. Don't expect any effect if you take more than one tablet daily or combine it with caffeine drinks. It's not clear whether a negative review is of the brand or of the chemical itself.
