I would sweat from doing no physical activity at all - just sitting. I tried EVERYTHING on the shelves, even those so called prescription grade formulas, and nothing helped. BUT, this one did. I can't believe how effective this is. I only apply one pad to both underarms and it lasts all day. I do not even have to apply more at bedtime. One afternoon, I realized that I actually forgot to apply it that morning, and I still had no smell or sweat. This is even after I took a shower that morning. The smell is not overpowering either, so would recommend this to ladies or men. However, the roll-on version has a very strong men's aftershave smell, so I don't care for that one. It doesn't seem to be as effective as this one either. Please, please, please don't ever stop selling this. VS Most Liked Negative Review Love and Not Works well for the first month or so. Comments about 5 Day Antiperspirant & Deodorant Pads, Regular, 75 ea: I only gave this 4 stars because 5 stars would be perfection and where deodorant is concerned, there is no perfect product. this product definitely works better during winter when i am not sweating as much. it doesn't just "work" in winter, it works better than any other product i have ever used. summertime...i sweat way more than the average person and this product takes its toll on my poor underarms. by about July, (I live at altitude, in New Mexico) my armpits are usually pretty done with Fresh--or any antiperspirant/deodorant. I get itchy armpits and that is no fun. i think this product works a tad better than other products in the summer. i will definitely keep using it. on days i don't have to work, or be around people other than my family for too long, i switch to Tom's just to give my underarms a break. Not crazy about the finger application. Need to rinse hand after use. You always know when your running low. Sometimes hard to find. Drugstore.com always has it and shipping is quick. Pros

I find it every once in awhile in a store, but it is easier to order it online. I started using it about 30 years ago because of a serious reaction to other antiperspirants/deodorants, and it hasn't let me down. Great protection and long lasting. As other users have stated it's a little weird with the pads but once you get used to it its fine. I originally ordered two because of the "order two save $2 deal" and now I'm ordering 2 more for myself and an additional 2 for my sister. I was using certain dry but if I didn't fall asleep immediately after it would burn my underarms and make them itch and I couldn't sleep. This stuff is great and has no nasty side effects. I perspire often for any reason (hot, cold, nervous, etc) and this stuff is amazing. I wish I discovered it years ago and hope it's never discontinued. Pros

I don't necessarily care about antiperspirant…they seem to be all the same—sticks or roll on, all say they go on clear but there is always a little white "flake" action, here and there. But I wanted to try something different….just because. I thought the reviews were a little grandiose—and the packaging looks like it crawled out of 1980—so I was intrigued how this "relic" would work. If is so "good" why isn't every antiperspirant /deodorant company using this magic formula. People reviewing this product are not kidding! Wholly Cow! It's AMAZING! Why is this product off the radar? You will NOT sweat on this stuff. Yes, I find the pads odd—it's an unusual deliver system, further, there is enough liquid on each pad for at least two people? Who knows, but I then again, who really care. This item Goes on clear, stays clear, you stay totally dry, and it smells good. Wow. Why doesn't every company out there us this formula? Lucky to find!
