I needed to pack my garage in one weekend and had been a little sick the week before so I was really tired. I drank just half of a bottle of 5 Hour and within 40ish minutes, I felt really awake and alert, no buzzy, jittery feelings. I took the 2nd half the next day and it worked just the same. There was no crash, it felt very natural, and worked better than a couple cups of coffee. I will definitely use this as needed. I have to say that the first time I tried the product, it worked pretty quickly and lasted a fair amount of time. Everytime since then, I have noticed no immeidiate change in energy. If I am behind a desk for long periods, I have no added energy. Once I move around some more, even just a quick walk, I tend to become much more awake. Is it because of the drink or moving?...
