When I'm at the office and hit that post-lunch sleepy zone, these work great to "wake me up" without feeling jittery or any other negative effects. Just a nice, natural restoration of energy. I like that they have a lot of vitamins, so it's not purely a caffeine jumpstart.

I also like to use these before I go out if it's going to be a long night -- helps me stay energetic and sociable throughout the evening.

I'm grateful I tried this while I was home with my husband. Not 60 seconds after finishing the small bottle, I experienced a niacin flush that had me laying on the kitchen floor for about 30 minutes. Racing heart, temp spike, and fire-engine red flush on my face, neck, chest and back.....my husband knew what was going on but it was still very scarey. The side effects eventually went away with the red "sun burned" appearance finally fading after about an hour. Once it was over, I felt fine but I'm just glad I wasn't driving with my children in the car!!

Alright, so i ordered some 5 Hour Energy Berry flavor after seeing the commercial, and reading reviews here on drugstore.com. I was hesitant at first... i consider myself an energy drink guru and I'm always trying new drinks. Anything that claims something as this does I'm usually weary of. but 5 Hour Energy is the first time I've found a brand that does exactly what it says it does.

If your one that doesn't like getting really hyper from an energy drink 5 Hour Energy is for you. I suppose the best way to describe it would be a smooth, balanced feeling. Not tired yet not real off the wall bouncy either. I'm a server for weddings and this stuff is great at work, especially because you can drink it quick. We often have to move quick in between setups and i can drink this without pausing to guzzle something else down.

Its also great for home and everyday use as well, take it from me you should feel alert drinking this. Its good for gaming, homework, and keeping yourself on a regular schedule. Best thing is 5 Hour Energy isn't addictive, so you don't feel like you need more. One bottle a day is just fine. I don't get mood swings on this like i do with some other drinks.

The taste is great at least in my opinion, i have heard people say mixed things about it. It isn't the strong cough medicine cherry stuff, just a gentle berry flavor.

I hope you guys find my review trustworthy and helpful, take the plunge and just try a bottle. These are cheap compared to most energy drinks.

The effects are nothing more than coffee jitters. If you call that energy, perhaps the product name is accurate.

Compared to the cost, a couple of coffee and some vitamin B suppliments are a lot more cost effective.

Wow - this product did not work at all for me. I am a nurse and I work 16 hour shift. I took this on night shift and before I knew it I felt more sleepy than before - I also started to yawn constanly! The taste was actually good - kind of like a berry sweet tart. But no result from this product whatsoever. Sorry. I'll stick with a cup of coffee which works much better.

Save your money. It's basically the caffeine shot of a cup of coffee plus some vitamins. The effect it had on me was that of a lot of caffeine hitting the system and that is about it. The only plus is that it has no sugar and there is indeed no crash. The cost just isn't justified in light of the effect though.

This stuff didn't work for me whatsoever- it did not give me energy at all. The taste was ok at first, but at the last sip the taste was getting to me, and left a bad aftertaste.
