I work at night and while physically I'm ok, my mind starts to tire about have way into my shift. I take half at the beginning and the other half around halfway through my work hours and my mind stays alert. No shakes, heart pulpations or crashes. Smooth!

I take the 5 hour energy shots on a daily basis. It works quickly and doesn't leave you feeling jittery. The new grape flavor is my new favorite taste of all of them! My sister also drinks these regularly and she also agrees that the grape is the best!

This is also awesome for keeping you awake for late night drives, but I am always able to go right to sleep when I get home as long as I don't drink one a couple of hours before hand. LOVE THEM!!!

I love this stuff and pretty much use it on a daily basis when I am at the office. I only use 1/2 the bottle each time as that is enough for me being sensitive to caffeine. I really like the grape flavor the best.
