The 5-hour is 5 hours (almost exactly it seems) of long-lasting energy. I take it for a needed boost in my day, or when I want to over-achieve in my daily routine of anything from workouts to home repairs and even working the complex projects at the office. Never feel odd when using, as it feels natural, gives the energy it claims to, and the duration, without fail everytime. There are a variety of flavors too! This multi-pack is a steal as locally, these single bottles run over $6 EACH. VS Most Liked Negative Review Does the job but flavor is awful For the amount of money, I'd rather buy Berry. I have days when I can't stop but I'm tired, and with 4 grandchidren you have to keep going so I use this product almost every day. You don't get the crash after either. I keep this on hand always. The case is the way to go.Oh and if you hate that nervous or jacked up feeling this is for you!!!!
