There are less expensive ways to get vitamins & caffiene, and better tasting ways at that. But 5-Hour Energy works. As for expense the generic knockoffs taste even worse than 5-Hour. So, if you are not the do-it-yourself type, then 5-Hour is for you.

5 Hour energy works very well. I am a pertial insomniac and use it when I have a night of sparse rest. It is quick working, last 4-5 hours.

I had both Grape and Berry and both are very good. Provide a bit more energy than a regular 5 hour energy and I only had to drink half the bottle. Definitely will recommend and will purchase over a regular strength 5 hour energy.
