Great for day and night use. Plastic pants at night provide extra protection. I did wear Abena x-plus at night but they were too bulky. These are much more discreet for daytime use vs x-plus. For a long day I use Abena x-plus.

Fantasic diapers that are much more discrete than the L4's. Padding fits between the standup leg guards which is nice for mainly day use but might not be as good for night time users. Nice, soft outer cover that is not cloth allowing it to slide easily over surfaces like when putting on pants or sitting on other fabric like sheets or furniture. This prevents the pulling of the diaper as it easily slides over these surfaces. Great absorbancy and nearly undetectable under normal clothing. If you want an absorbant, well priced, soft, comfortable, discrete daytime diaper, this is it. Wear these in public over the thicker L4's to be more discrete but also ensure no leaks.

Great to wake up to a dry bed, best diaper I have ever used.
However the tabs often do not hold and don't provide for a snug fit.

Size seemed to run a bit small, buying the next size up made a big difference in comfort and easier for my wife to put them on me.

Wearing these diapers during the day keeps me comfortable and dry. I get helped by my wife, who changes me from the X-plus into this every morning. Generally no leaks, but putting plastic pants over the diaper does insure that I can go out without risking a leak that would otherwise be noticed on my pants. These are less bulky than the X-plus, which on rare occasions, has drawn attention. With the Super, no one has ever mentioned (in public anyway) that I am wearing a diaper. These provide a very good level of security, and I generally can stay dry with the use of 2 to 3 per day.

Overall a decent brief. This one is a little thinner than the X-Plus and as such is more discreet. The fit is perfect and they're very comfortable. They hold more than Attends and Depend Overnights, which of course means fewer changes. I generally order these briefs as an alternative in case I run out of Molicare Supers. The Molicare Super in my opinion is a little better as its thinner, has more robust tapes, and makes less noise. The Molicare is my number one choice when I need a really discreet brief, but the Abena Super isn't too far behind.

Excellent briefs! I am a very active person and these conceal well under clothes, yet are very absorbent. They are not as bulky as the X-plus diapers. I use the X-plus diapers at night and for those times when I won't be able to change a wet brief for an extended time.
