these diapers are so wonderful - like pampers but just a little thinner. I do wish they were just a touch thicker. they hold a gread deal and did not leak. Easy for changing time. These diapers are really baby beautiful and make you feel so secure.

I use them as overnight protection because of some accidents while sleeping. There very comfortable, and keep me dry. the one setback are the tapes that sometimes come loose

I am a male with size 31-32 waist, I normally use the medium X-plus at night but it is just way too bulky for daytime use. I didn't think that the small size X-plus would fit me very well but I took a chance and ordered them and I am glad that I did, they fit me better than expected and are much more discreet than the medium size Abena. (I would say 32 waist is about the max for this size though)
The absorbency is not quite on par with the medium X-plus, but it is still much better than most other competing brands (Depend, Attends etc). Still very discreet when used with an abri let liner also if you need a bit more absorbency.
