These are inserts to be used in your adult diaper/absorbent underwear, and function much like a diaper doubler. The "maxi" means big, and these are measuring 6.5 inches wide and 24 inches long. They basically double the diaper, and run about 2/3 the inner length of a medium adult diaper. They also easily double the bulk, but with improved absorbency. They do not seem to contain any gel, and so do not swell up with wetting. They do wick wetness very well, helping to spread it around the whole diaper, and so you change fewer diapers since you use more of the diaper in the first place. These are not for use in underwear - but must go into a diaper or absorbent undergarment. There is no adhesive backing either, and so can shift when trying to put the diaper on - and also when taking the wet diaper off.

I use these for my mom who is wheelchair bound. They are comfortable for her but are just a little too wide in the middle and draw the fluid to the sides of her adult diaper, making her "leak." If they were shaped a little narrower in the middle they would fit better and not cause the leaking. With no deodorant protection, they obtain an objectionable urine smell that other products don't have.

Comments about Abena Abri-Let Booster Pad, Maxi, 6.3" x 24", 40 ea:

As a person with heavy urinary incontinence, these booster pads are excellent! They absorb quite well. They do add some thickness, but that is to be expected. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a thicker, more absorbent booster pad.

Comments about Abena Abri-Let Booster Pad, Maxi, 6.3" x 24", 40 ea:

This is the most absorbent booster pad available on the market today and I have tried them all. Use this at night or when you need extra protection and you can't go wrong. It will effectively double the absorbency of your diaper.
Very much recommended for those who need more protection.
Just remember they are rather wide and long and fit best in Large or x-Large diapers. If you use medium diapers they are about the full length and may need a bit of trimming.

Comments about Abena Abri-Let Booster Pad, Maxi, 6.3" x 24", 40 ea:

I suffered a spinal corn injury a little over a year ago. Since that time, I have been incontinent at night. Over the first 6 months when I came home, my sister and I ordered so many different types of diapers, overnight pull-up type panties, and EVERY booster pad around. No matter what combination we tried, I had terrible leaking requiring the bed to be changed at least once a night. My sister did some research and found these booster pads. I was reluctant to try it because it was so large and looked uncomfortable, but we were getting desperate for relief. I first tried them with cheaper diapers and still had some leaking, but once again, my sister did research and discovered the Abena Abri Form diapers and I have not had 1 leak since! They are also not as uncomfortable as I thought, just a little bulky.

This is a FABULOUS product and I refuse to ever be without them - I have a couple packs stored up now!

Service and delivery comments:

They are delivered quickly and packed in a large brown box, very discreet. I have ordered many things from this website and have never had a problem.

Comments about Abena Abri-Let Booster Pad, Maxi, 6.3" x 24", 40 ea:

Fits well in most medium sized diapers, even the ones that have leak guards. Makes low capacity diapers last 2-3X longer (I get 3-4 hours out of regular attends with these.) Makes diapers nicely thick, but will clump up slightly if walking around while wet. No more worries about leaving a puddle on seats with these.

Comments about Abena Abri-Let Booster Pad, Maxi, 6.3" x 24", 40 ea:

This is definitely the best product there is to assure either an undisturbed night's sleep or less concern when extended protection may be needed...but there is no denying that it adds significant bulk. The price is very competitive adding to the appeal of the product.

These are probably the best adult soakers on the market. Turn just about any adult incontinence brief into one that can be worn for long periods (i.e. over night).

Comments about Abena Abri-Let Booster Pad, Maxi, 6.3" x 24", 40 ea:

Love these booster pads! They are long, thick and very thirsty. They help spread the wetness throughout the diaper so it can be used to its full capacity before a diaper change is needed. I wear these inside an Abena X-Plus diaper and can go a full 8 hours without changing, totally secure that I won't leak or have an accident. Great product!
