I use this as a booster with my Abri Form (M2) diaper at night. I have never had it leak through to the diaper. My diaper is completely dry.
I use this pad without my diaper in the daytime. If I have an accident and am not hoisted to the bathroom in time, it has never gone through the pad. They are great and very comfortable.
