I thought it was kind of an expensive luxury, but I tried it. I find that I can't take a bath without it now! My husband and I both love this, and sleep very soundly after a wonderful, relaxing bath.

I've trie dthe ABRA now for several weeks and find it very relaxing and have even been able to sleep without my medications a number of nights which is my GOAL since the meds increase liver toxicity. I prefer a more natural approach.
