Effective product with no side effects. Have been using it with results for several months and will continue to use it until I reach my goal. Doesn't make you jittery or upset your stomach. Only reason didn't give it 5 stars was the size of the capsule. They are realitvely large and I don't like taking them, but that's the only drawback. I take them 3 times a day.

I have been using this product for several months. It has no side effects for me. It has been effective with weight loss and I intend to keep using it to help in that area. Would have given it 5 stars, but the capsules are rather large and I hate taking them 3 times a day. Usually end up only twice a day.

I had to stop using after two weeks. I had uncomfortable cramping in my lower digestive tract each time I used it. I also began to crave carbs and actually gained 4 pounds. I became depressed but the depression lifted 2 days after I stopped taking it. I have a history of allergies so I believe that these problems may be unique to my body. I'm now practicing acupressure for natural appetite control and it is working well. You might want to combine acupressure with this product if it is not giving you any problems. The internet has a lot of sites explaining acupressure. I have been using acupressure successfully for many years to alleviate headaches, leg cramps and hot flashes. I had high hopes for this product but my body told me to stop.

Product seems to be effective. You do have to take it well before meals with sufficient water. THere is no stomach upset involved, no aftertaste etc. I will continue to take. Weight loss has been gradual (2-4 lbs./wk). Dosn't seem to have any side effects.

If this is the miricle weight loss pill where is the mircle? Itook the whole bottle as directed on the label and lost not a pound. The doctor who was promoting this must have got a great kick back. Saying that it might work for some one else but not for me.
