This is an excellent way to ensure proper rehydration especially as an athlete i notice the difference in the amount i drink after practice when i replace accellerade with water, great for all athletes, especially one concerned with weight gain due to water intake!!

I feel that if you are someone that works out hard. This is the product for you. I have been using this product for four weeks and it has extended my endurance, which I run at least six to ten miles a day and I do weight lifting. I havent experience any side effect from this product and I dont think I will. Awesome. I will make sure that I have a well stocked supply of this product in the closet
