I like this product which actually works. I take one in the morning and another one at night. You can take it with or without food, so it is convenient. I wish the pill being smaller... that's why I gave 4 star instead of 5. The effectiveness is superior!

I was told to take Align but after reading other reviews thought hmmm maybe give this pro-biotic a try. And, sometimes cheaper is just as good or better. I was paying $30 bucks a month for Align and this actually works better.

Hate to be blunt here but if you have more gas than you would like this is a great product to relieve you of that on a daily basis. Also, as far as the digestive support its cheaper than most other brands I've seen in the store. Most boxes of 30 pills run around $14.- $15.
