I take Accuflora morning and night (as per the dosing instructions) and have never felt better! The first 2 weeks of being on it as your body is adjusting, you may experience bloating and not feel so great, but wait it out, and you will be thankful! I've never been so regular, had such a flat happy stomach, no gas, and can even eat former trouble foods like broccoli, dairy, and tofu. I highly recommend! This is the best probiotic I've ever taken.

physician suggested taking probiotic as have digestive & intestional problems. like because of price and is just as effective as more costly products.gave 4 stars as wish capsule was smaller and does seem a little chalky. also take along w/fibre tablets and both work well.

I've tried several different probiotics to help regulate my system. I had gastric bypass two years ago and have had problems with constipation and gas since then. After a couple weeks of using this product my I've had no problems with this. The only negative is that the caplets are kinda chalky and you have to take 2 twice a day.

I can't do dairy, so I can't take danactive. This product is the next best thing to help out my tummy. I've had digestive "issues" for the past 3 years and this product helps settle everything and keep it more normal.

I started taking Accuflora after reading the reviews as I suffered from irregular bowel movements and chronic yeast infections. Since taking Accuflora, these issues are no longer a problem. I'm on my 2nd order and will continue using this product.

This is the best stuff on the market. I have suffered from bowl problems all my life. This gets you regular, QUICK. It makes you have gas when you first take it but it's worth it (maybe not to the person in the room with you). It works great and is a great price on drugstore.com.

I developed digestive issues during chemotherapy. The nurse suggested a probiotic. I chose Accuflora because of the reasonable price, and that it was time released. The slow release is kinder, and more effective, to my digestive tract. The chemotherapy was successful- and 3 years past!- but I still continue Accuflora daily for general well being. It is great for me!

I like this product which actually works. I take one in the morning and another one at night. You can take it with or without food, so it is convenient. I wish the pill being smaller... that's why I gave 4 star instead of 5. The effectiveness is superior!
