Like the title says, this really works. I purchased it because I had almost daily diarrhea which would occur 5-20 minutes after eating. That made outings rather complicated and sometimes embarrassing. This has worked since the second day I started taking it. I am now very regular and have only had diarrhea once while taking it. I did forget to take it for two days and I could definitely tell a difference. I will most definitely continue to repurchase this. It's made a huge difference in my life.

I have had an edoscopy because of stomach problems. Couldn't digest ANYTHING. When all tests came out clean, my doctor suggested an expensive (well known) probiotic which was [$] for 45 pills - I think Prilosec. A co-worker of mine (who is a nutritionist) suggested generic acidophilus (also probiotic) so based on comments on this sight I went with accuflora. I forgot what it was like to feel normal again - and was normal after the first day! I take it after breakfast and I am so grateful to feel healthy again. I was even afraid to go out at night because of indigestion and gas problems. Now after over a month it is relief at it's best. I am ordering a 6 month supply. I have not had any side effects. I hope it works for you like it did for me.

I first took this product, along with copious Pepto Bismol, with a severe intestinal infection following a course of antibiotics. I recovered within a day. I'm taking it preemptively after my most recent dose of antibiotics and seem to be feeling much better.

This product is inexpensive, and it's get's the job done. I had problems with flatulence and the product has helped. Also, I have not really been sick since I started taking this product a few weeks ago, though I always have a tendency to be ill, so I definetely think it's is an immune system booster.
