This is a great ice pack. The only problem is the last 3 I purchased earlier in the year starting leaking at the seam line. Ace needs to make sure that the seam line is sealed before this product leaves the factory.

This is a great ice pack to have for when you need one. I like that it is flat and flexible to fit where you need it. I have used them for years. However, the last ones I bought were not as well made as the earlier ones, and after a short time the gel began to leak out at a corner seam and I had to throw them away. This happened to the last 3 I bought. I hope I just got a bad batch. If it happens again to the 5 I am buying now, I will be asking for a refund, but mostly I will be very disappointed that this great product is no longer well made and that I will have to find something to replace it. I would have given this product 5 stars except for the leaking issue.

had a broken ankle and it was hard to conform to leg until half thawed. says apply directly to skin but cover would ice over and had to use cloth under. have used approx. 12 times and now leaks from seam.

Have always had foot problems. I bought three of these and keep in freezer for "instant" use. If I am on my feet too long causing swelling and burning, I can wrap each foot and elevate for 10 to 15 minutes for immediate pain relief. The Ace Cold Compresses are the only frozen compresses that are comfortable against the skin and it is a self-cover so there's no need to slip it into anything before putting next to skin.

Does not stay cold very long and it takes longer to cool down in the freezer that other brands. I am sure this is safer than most to use, but for someone looking for relief from knee pain, i'd go elsewhere

I seem to always need an ice pack & since I found this at the local drugstore I tossed the old ones. This conforms to whatever body part you need to put it on & I've put it to the test plenty trust me. Can't find locally any more so luckily on-line - too bad only one size though at least it's the larger one so I'm ordering a couple. I also have a smaller 1/2 size one. Hope they're not discounted to be discontinued and they should be back in the stores. The ones in the stores are stiff are hurt; they are hard plastic. Jan

Had my right knee replaced with excellent results, little pain, and quick return to functionality. This was 10 weeks ago and my surgeon is so impressed with the results that we've already scheduled the left's turn! I did the physical therapy religiously for 2 months before the surgery, and every day since. Application of the pad for 10 minutes to each knee after doing the exercises makes a real difference - I can sure tell the different if I get distracted and don't do it right away. I've got 4 of them that so I can always have a set ready to go.

great ice pack, soft, so very kid friendly, flexible, so it works almost on any body part. Had to buy one for my friend because she was always using ours.
