Cold compress therapy should not be used by individuals with known or suspected circulation problems, unless under the direct supervision of a physician. Do not heat cold pack in microwave. Do not sit or lean on compress, excessive weight may cause compress to rupture and leak. If condition persists, consult physician.

• Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
• Apply directly to injured area, no towel or cover needed.
• Leave in place for no more than 25 minutes.
• Remove compress and return to freezer for at least 30 minutes before reapplying.
• Always return to freezer promptly for faster reuse.

Care and Storage:

• Keep ACE® Brand Reusable Cold Compress in freezer between applications.
• To clean - hand wash with mild detergent in lukewarm water - lay flat to dry.
