This is great for rosacea! I had finally gotten to the point where I was seriously thinking about taking oral antibiotics to control my rosacea when I bought some Acnevir. It has taken down my cystic acne and the redness associated with the papsules. I am extremely impressed! It also seems to have safe homeopathic ingredients and no side effects (unlike the
oral meds. I was looking at, which can have a number of side effects.)

I am currently deployed, 25, this climate and dirt in the air really mess with my skin. This really works, I had cyclic homornal acne(no whitehead), I washed my face, put this on, and by the morning it was no longer red and had reduced the swelling. As for open pimples it works over night as well. It can dry out, especially here in Afg, but I recommend using a moisturizer with no oil in it during day. I will definitely buy again and again!

I began using this product after 2 years of using only creams ,scrubs etc. My skin began to get clear but than after 2 years of using the same routine my skin got used to it and stopped working for me. I used this product only at night time , because it does dry your skin . I use a moisturizer to help the dryness and it helps alot , although it does smell kinda funky . It started working for me 2-3 days after using it I begin to notice my skin clearing!

The sunscreen I used on my face caused me to break out badly. I wanted a product for adult acne so I purchased this based on the good reviews. I put it on at night after cleansing my face. When I woke up my acne was gone, but my skin was severely dry and flakey. I would rather have dry skin than acne so I will continue to use sparingly as needed. This does contain aloe which is good for healing acne scars.

I am 40 years old, and acne was a foe I thought I had left behind (my skin is pretty normal, not oily or dry). For me, this product was drying for the skin around the pimple, but had little effectiveness on my white and black heads after using for 3 weeks. I didn't see complete overnight results like other users, but I did notice that it helps the acne from coming back. It definitely stopped the breakouts, and really helps with blackheads!!!

I would buy this again, and I have recommended it to others to try. I would suggest if benzoyl peroxide isn't working then switch to this. Our skin tends to get use to products so it is always good to switch it up every 3 months or so. It is a lot smarter than we think :)

It did make my skin peel....which is a horrible look, but it is due to the resorcinol since it is a peeling agent. I would make sure to use it only at night and during the day something really moisturizing plus an SPF, but make sure you don't get a moisturizer and SPF in one....not effective!

If you do start this treatment, I would suggest a cream yo can purchase on this website called CeraVe, a night time lotion that has niacinamide, cermacide, and hyaluronic acid. It helped me with the dryness that the Acnevir may have caused.

Serious about the SPF though!!! Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide! Trust me, i am an esthetician and most if not all of my clients have acne or some sort of breakouts.
