Have used this product for many years. After applicatiion before bedtime, it seems to prevent/ remove pimples or acne...great for oily skin. I showed it to my Dermatologist-he said it was safe to use after looking at the ingredients. Difficult to use words describing how well this cream works. Easy to say that you would see an ADULT cry if they took it away from me!

Use overnight on pimple and across nose if oily, to prevent breakouts, use a very SMALL amount in a very THIN coating on the entire face.

I was very excited about this product after reading the reviews. I have mild to moderate acne (some red marks from healing acne and then maybe 5-9 pimples at any given time; usually very few blackheads on nose). I had been using Grandpa Brands Thylox Sulfur soap, but I wanted the completely clear complexion that reviewers said was possible with this product. So, I bought a mild cleanser (which I have been using and doesn't break me out--it just doesn't prevent breakouts), and used this at night.

At first, things seemed to dry up fairly well. But after a week, it was like my face was the Pacific Rim. I keep trying it for over a month thinking I was going through a "purging" stage and it continued to get worse. My nose, which as I have said hardly ever gets blackheads and if I do it's in the creases on my nose, began to get blackheads and white heads all over it including the tip/top of the nose which NEVER happened. After roughly six weeks of using it, I stopped because I couldn't take it any more. I was getting acne on my neck, which never happened.

THE ONLY GOOD thing to use this product for is body acne. I had some bumps, maybe just extra keratin, and it has improved but not completely gone away.

Agree with other reviewers...too bad they stopped making the pancake makeup. That was a life saver during my teens and early adulthood.

I'm 24 and have struggled with moderate acne since my early teens. I've tried just about everything out there (including tons of different prescription medications and creams) but this works better for me than anything. In particular, it works a lot better than benzoyl peroxide, and is less drying than benzoyl peroxide. It's definitely worth a try if you're like me and have tried everything!

With the competition for blackhead/acne products, I have foiund that sulphur has worked the best for me.

I have oily/ acneic skin and use this daily after washing my face, prior to applying my make-up. It is tinted cream, helps to cover and dry up blemishes and acts as a barrier from my makeup. However, I do not think it reduces the healing process.

I have never used this with out a result...my children have used it since they were teenagers and my 24yr old son will raid my bathroom for this product when he gets a pimple! LOVE THIS STUFF!
