I started using this when I was about 14 or 15 and I'm now 21 & still using it. it works well. every time I go to the dentist, I get a good review & I hardly ever have any cavities (sometimes I do only due to the fact that I drink A LOT of diet coke every day)..I never knew that this was a once-a-day mouthwash, though, because I always use it twice..oops! nothing bad has ever happened, though..sometimes I switch it up with ACT Total Care or Act Restoring. this also keeps my teeth nice & white even though I'm a smoker. all in all, a must-have.

Prevents overuse because it doesn't openly pour out. I use this every time I brush my teeth. It doesn't make my eyes water when I use it.

I used Cool Mint Listerine for years, but didn't like the taste much & definitely hated the burn the alcohol left in my mouth. However, I will say that one left a longer-lasting freshness & helped my teeth stay nice & bright far better than this product. This product has the flavor, cleanliness (the Listerine bottle was always messy to use) & flouride going for it. I just wish it whitened better & that I could use it more than just once a day.

I find that adding this to my regimen of brushing w/ a Radius toothbrush & using Crest Sensitivity toothpaste leaves my teeth looking white & feeling very clean. I am a frequent & heavy coffee, tea & cola drinker, and I never get cavities or brown stains on my teeth. I floss once a day w/ Glide dental floss & usually chew Eclipse gum a couple times a day. At thirty-one, my smile is whiter than it was when I was a teen. I love that this rinse is not so strong that I have to rinse my mouth out afterwards to stop the burn (no doubt, the lack of alcohol is the reason). It's less medicinal than Listerine, thank goodness. Same effect, less harshness. Voila.

Right after I'm done flossing and brushing, I use this mouthwash to top it off. Ever since I started using this product I haven't had a cavity yet, and of course that could be a combination of different reasons but I personally think I've seen a positve change. It's a definite plus that it contains flouride, and the built in cup makes it easy, fast, and precise in mouthwashing.

I bought this one because my dentist recommended ACT Pink (bubblegum flavor). I love the bubblegum one. I bought this one because I prefer minty flavors. However, this one just didn't work for me. My friend likes it though; I think I'm just very particular when it comes to my mouthwash.
