Since starting to use this product, I've definitely noticed a decrease in tooth sensitivity, I guess due to the enamel protection, however, the mint is so strong, it takes awhile to get used to. I'd compare the taste to the liquor Avalanche, if you ever drank that in college...

My teeth are prone to cavities, so I use this product after flossing to help restore the minerals in my teeth and help prevent future cavities. It tastes great, and it is best used regularly to supplement brushing and flossing to prevent cavities and other dental work.

This is great mouthwash in general, doesn't burn and doesn't taste horrible. This is the only mouthwash I have found that actually does somehow restore enamel. I have sensitive teeth because I grind them and can't seem to stop...anyway, when I use this daily, my teeth don't hurt!

out of all the mouthwashes that ACT makes, this one is definitely my favorite because not only is it ADA Approved, but it works! I don't know how well it actually worked at restoring my enamel because, uh, you can't see enamel, duh, but, hey, it doesn't hurt to try, right? anyway, I stopped using this for a while, pretty much the entire time I was pregnant, only because I bought Listerine Total Care Whitening & that burned so bad that it took a while to finish off the bottle because I'd sometimes not even use it & when I went to the dentist while still pregnant, my dentist told me that I actually had a bit of pregnancy gingivitis and while he told me that it was normal, I was still upset because I'm very crazy about my dental hygiene..I don't think I'll ever use anything other than this ever again.

This mouthwash is THE first & final ACT of my day. I saw an immediate improvement in my gums & teeth. I couldn't believe the results even after brushing.

There is a slight burn, but nothing compared to Listerine -- which I could only handle about 2 seconds! This is pleasant tasting, works very welll. I ordered another bottle.

Had early symptoms of gum disease - dentist recommended daily use, just before bedtime, when you won't have a chance to eat or drink anything after using this product. Results: reversed gum deterioration and made them firm. Also dramatically reduced tooth decay and made regular hygentist cleanings a breeze.

...but it does everything else you want a mouthwash to do! It doesn't "burn", which is crucial for me. No matter how effective a mouthwash is, if it hurts to use it, my resolve quickly fades, and those half-empty bottles sit on the shelf getting dusty. I hope this also restores my enamel, but as stated above, that's something I can't determine. It's certainly worth a try, if you are looking for an effective mouthwash that is pleasant to use.
