My wife complained about my bad breath for years, until I started using this mouthwash twice a day (actually, i usually use the 33oz bottle which is a bit weaker but can be used 2X per day rather than this, but it seems to be a bit harder to find). I tried other mouthwashes (with lots of alchohol) but they didn't work for me. My guess is that it is very personal, that is if you have bad breath, one product that works for one person will not work for another, so basically none of these reviews are probably very reliable for everyone. My guess is to try things until you find something that works for you, but for me this mouthwash works fine. Same active ingredients, but different packaging. If you don't CAREFULLY rinse out the removable cup/cap before you put it back on the bottle, sticky, gooey mouthwash will ooze allover the bottle and ultimately all over your bathroom. Best Uses Comments about ACT Total Care Rinse, Fresh Mint, 18 fl oz: This has a very mild taste, which is nice. It doesn't burn your mouth at all - probably due to it not containing alcohol. However, the breath freshening effects don't really last that long. I tried the non-alcohol free version of this mouthwash and liked it better. It's not that important to me to have a mouthwash be alcohol free, so I'm going to stick to the blue one! Pros

Comments about ACT Total Care Rinse, Fresh Mint, 18 fl oz: ACT Total Care Fresh Mint Rinse is a nice mouth wash. To use this you pour just 10 ml (there is a little line in the cap to show when you reach 10ml point) and treat it like a normal mouth rinse. The fluoride in this was a strong selling point since I have been told to get more of that. I was surprised by many things about this, the first was just how little you need to use. Other mouth rinses I have used have alcohol, and not having to deal with the slight stinging was nice. The taste was fairly minty without going overboard, however, there seemed to be a slight taste of bubble gum in there too and that was odd. Overall I liked ACT Total Care Fresh Mint Rinse.  Pros
