Finally! Very quiet, and all vibration where it should be. When you get one that works like it's supposed to then watch out cuz you're in for a great ride! The design of this is wonderful because you can pin point the areas of acute pain. I use it with " icyhot" pain relief gel. Also was helpful with bout of tendonitis in my ankle. Pros

I liked the cordless feature over the other brands, but the batteries last about 2 weeks and then won't take a charge. I can't get to anywhere to buy replacement batteries. So, don't buy this if you want/need the cordless feature. You have to plug it in all the time.
