Finally! Very quiet, and all vibration where it should be. When you get one that works like it's supposed to then watch out cuz you're in for a great ride! Good quality, nice and durable, yet light and easy to handle. Vibrations are centered at the head, so it does work very well. A bit noisy- especially on high, it sounds like a 747 taking off. But, it is nice that it has no cord when it is charged. I would say it was worth the money. However, for a more sensitive person it might be too powerful. It works great, but I got creative and decided to try it for other uses. Let's just say, I'm addicted. I've not explored other products just yet, but I doubt they can replace this for me. While it's large and certainly not discreet, it is quiet and the vibrations are definitely centralized in the head as advertised. That makes a huge difference since it's so focused.
