This product goes way beyond diaper rash. Yes, it smells bad - but it works! I use this from my feet and hands to my neck. Just make sure you don't get any on your face. I am trying to prevent turkey-neck. So far, so good. I know this is the best product to make your feet and hands baby soft. I figure if it works so well on my rough skin, it will help my neck, too. My dermatologist even recommends it.

As far as clearing diaper rash, I feel the ointments with zinc have worked better on my daughter's ULTRA-sensitive skin that area. But like a lot of other reviewers, I use it every night of my feet with socks. I don't ever have calloused feet, and it healed my cracked skin on the bottom of my feet from wearing flip flops everyday like magic with consistent use. I will definitely keep buying it for that purpose. I haven't received a pedicure in YEARS and my feet look very smooth and healthy.

I love this ointment. I put it on my son when he gets a little bit of diaper rash and the rash goes away fast. It is a little messy and even after you wash your hands they still smell a little like the ointment, but I think that how well it works completely makes up for smell. And the smell isn't bad.

I need an ointment for dryness and eczema. Because this ointment was cheaper than others I thought I would try it. The odor is terrible and even my wife couldn't stand it. I think it would be terrible to put this on babies.

This Diaper Ointment is great for treating mild diaper rash and super at preventing diaper rash. a thin layer on their bottom at every diaper change works like a charm. The 1 pound jar really lasts. My twins are 19 months old and I'm only on my third jar! If you have one baby, imagine how long one jar could last you. Not bad for an average price of 11 bucks!

I'm not overly sensitive to product scents, but this one is awful! I had high hopes for this ointment, after reading the reviews, but can't get past the odor ... dairy farm comes to mind... :( Maybe I received a bad batch?
