I needed a cholesterol test, but after reading the reviews, I was worried about getting my results. I didn't have a problem. I used the test and got my results through the web after allowing about 5 days for mail time.

The directions for testing were very clear it was very easy to use. My only complaint is it's now been 7 days since I sent it and not only have I not received the results I'm not recoginzed at the website either with my cassette number. This was rather expensive. I would not order this product again- I was trying to save time but it would appear I'l need to go to the lab at my doctor anyway as I'd really like to know the cholesterol numbers.

This is first time I ever tried this test and I am satisfied with the results. The 3 business days is a stretch on getting results for test. For me, it took 5 business days. Otherwise, it gave me the information and direction I needed for my health.

This was the easiest test I have done.....Instructions were very easy to follow and it was painless. It was interesting to see that it follows closely to my cholesterol checks at my Dr.'s office.
I was very impressed and I will definitely use it again.

When I pulled everything out of the box there was a ton of stuff. I'm not big on reading directions so it took another two weeks before I took the test. I was surprised at how simple it was and how amazingly simple the instructions were to follow and complete the test. It only took a few minutes. I have not got the results back yet but it's only been a few days.

I mailed in my test 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any results. Obviously, we are way beyond the 3-day promise. One good thing to note, there are 2 lancettes included. I wanted to see how big the blade was, so I messed around with one of them (carefully, of course) only to find that they are rigged to work once and only once. Good thing there was a spare when I was ready to begin. :) I hope the results come soon, but be warned that the 3-day promise is a tad optimistic.

This product was so convenient to use and its FSA eligible. I like the idea of not having to go to the doctor to get it tested. I had gone to the doctor the week before and the results were ver similiar, so it's trustworthy.

As a convenient and less costly maintenance test this is a very good product. Factoring in a co-pay and time lost having to schedule a doctor's visit, this was a cost effective alternative. The results were very comparable to those from my last annual check up.

If you do not know your cholesterol levels and don't need to go to the doctor - you should try this. If you do know and are working to improve but need a way to check your progress - you should use this product.

As a slight negative, my first use did not come as fast as the documentation promised. The test results do state when they received the item, when the test was run and when the results were available. I received my results 4 business days after the results which was 5 days beyond the inferred promise of '3 days from receipt'.

I would and will likely use this again.
