I play a lot of games on the computer, Wii and playstation. I started noticing that late at night sometimes it felt like something was in my left eye you know how an eyelash feels but could never see anything. I told my eye doctor and he told me that it was dry eye and comes to us as we get older. I bought this to try and it works great. I only use it when I need it but get immediate relief then I shut the computer off - lol.
