My husband and I were in a serious car accident. My DH broke his shoulder and the doctor prescribed prescription pain meds and advised my DH to take them with Advil Liquid Gels. I gave him Advil during the day and Advil PM at night. Not only did this put him out in about 15 minutes, but he was not waking up in the middle of the night with pain.
Advil Liquid Gels are the best product on the market for OTC pain relief. My DH used to use the competitor brand ~ when he discovered "Greenie Meanies" that's what we call them, he bought the PM and Sinus versions too...Keep giving us great coupons, and I will continue to purchase this product from drugstore.com...

Not as good as Tylenol
they might also consider making the capsules easier to remove from the packaging. Had to use a scissors to get them out.

My job is physical and I come home sore. I can't get my brain to stop working. The Liqui-Gel version works fast to stop my pain and works fast to get me to sleep. I have no side effects and it does not upset my stomach like hard pills do.
This sleep aid is faster acting than the tablets so I really like the gel form of this medication. It takes the aches and pains away at the same time as helping with sound sleep.

Advil Pm gets the job done. If you have a persistent headache that is preventing you from relaxing and falling asleep, Advil Pm will take the headache away and send you into a deep sleep. I would reccommend that this be taken when you can devote at least 6 - 8 hours of sleep. This is a must in my medicine cabinet.
