This year is the first year I had that stuffy sinuses- stuffy head like they show on TV (the head blows up like a balloon!!) I have never used (or had to use) a nasal spray before. I was SO STUFFED UP and miserable, I couldn't believe it. This spray worked amazingly! Within approximately 5 minutes, I was breathing clearly and the pressure was gone! Now, I am normally a Nettie Pot person, but THIS TIME I had to reach out for more help. I highly recommend this product. I do not think, however, this delivery system is the best. It leaves a lot of room for improvement. It's not a sprayer (like with a little hose that goes down into the fluid - like a bottle of window cleaner - which sprays well, right?) This is a bottle of fluid that you squeeze. As the bottle gets lower less fluid gets sprayed. I had to start getting creative with the tilting the head, sniffing and such. STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND for pressure and stuffiness.
So happy Drugstore.com finally put "Afrin Original 12 Hour Nasal Spray" on their website. It's much easier to use than the pump, no drip kind. I highly recommend this product as opposed to the other Afrin Pump Mist.
Adults and children 6-12 years of age:2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10-12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24 hour period.
