All it takes is one quick sip from the bottle (I don't even bother to take the full doseage anymore) and I sleep great. It usually takes about an hour for it to really hit me but I sleep soundly and I wake up refreshed. Unlike a lot of other sleep aids, this stuff never leaves me drowsy the next day.

(I have never had this upset my stomach and have used 3-4 bottles over the past several yearts.)

I periodically have troubles sleeping, so I would really like to find a product that helps me get to sleep. However, this product gave me an upset stomach that actually had me tossing and turning all night. I've heard good things about this product, so I'm going to have to give it another try to see if it works any better for me.
