I use this day and night (I skip sometimes ;o)) I swirl it around in my fingers to warm it, then I pat it onto my face. That way it goes farther, then I can go back and put more on places I feel need more. Ahava always smells so fresh, and this cream makes my skin feel so soft, especially my cheeks, which are hard to care for as I have Rosacea. At night I have put this over a Retinol cream I use and this works very well.
