I've used Aireborne since it first went on the market. Back then it was advertised as preventing colds, which it definitely does. Due to unsubstantiated claims or something, they had to market it for immune system defense rather than prevention but I use it at the first sign of a cold and it definitely either prevents the cold from coming at all or cuts the time in half, depending on whether or not I take it in time. I also take it before flying or before being in a crowd or at a hospital or doctor's office where there are germs all over. I love it and so does everyone I know that uses it.

I use 3 times a day when I feel a cold coming on. Great to take instead of tablet, better when you have a sore throat because it goes down easy!! I love this stuff, I use as a suppliment, not a cure. Works for me!
