I know there has been controversy over claims made by this product...but I love Airborne, have used it for years, and I really belive it works to help boost the immune system, shorten the duration of a cold, and help keep you from getting sick in the first place. When I have to be in a crowded or germy environment (shopping, hospital visit, etc.)I take one as soon as I get home. Tastes good (I like the lemon-lime flavor the best) and if nothing else, perks me up a bit! When I feel a cold coming on, I take it 2 or 3 times a day for several days...a few extra vitamins can't hurt!

I typically use Airborne when coming down with a cold. I like the orange flavor but don't care much for lemon lime.

My family has been using Airborne for years. If taken at the first sign of a feeling a little off, it almost always stops the cold dead in its tracks!

I start taking this as directed when I feel cold symptoms coming on and it always seems to either stop the cold completely or shorten the duration of the cold.

I've used Aireborne since it first went on the market. Back then it was advertised as preventing colds, which it definitely does. Due to unsubstantiated claims or something, they had to market it for immune system defense rather than prevention but I use it at the first sign of a cold and it definitely either prevents the cold from coming at all or cuts the time in half, depending on whether or not I take it in time. I also take it before flying or before being in a crowd or at a hospital or doctor's office where there are germs all over. I love it and so does everyone I know that uses it.

When my family members start feeling just a bit rough, we take some Airborne as a preventative measure. In most cases, it seems to help out and we start feeling better by the next day. They are easy to use and we use them along with other things like an increase in Vitamin C intake to keep us going. Airborne is always in our medicine cabinet.
