I have been using this cleanser for a while and have loved it. The formula has changed and it made me break out horribly. I'm going to keep using it and see if my skin calms down, but buyer beware: this is not the same as it was.

I love the Alba Botanica line. The only con to this cleanser was that it was a little drying so left my skin a little tight. However, when I used with the Sea Kelp toner (or followed by a light moisturizer) my complexion felt great.

I normally would spend a fortune on the products that go on my face, but I've found the Alba sea line works far better than most other brands I've tried and costs way way less. I've tried dermalogica, jurlique, clinique, origins, etc. However, I plan on staying with this face wash, my Alba moisturizer and toner for a long time to come.

This is a great, all natural face gel - nothing fancy, but it does the job and leaves your face feeling clean and fresh. It lathers nicely, removes makeup well and doesn't leave your skin feeling dry or oily. Plus, I love that it has a pump.

I like this cleanser a lot. It lathers well and removes my makeup without leaving my skin dry or tight. My eye makeup comes off too. The smell is very pleasant without being overwhelming. I like the pump dispenser as well. I just bought my second bottle.

I bought this product for the fairly natural ingredients I found listed above, however, upon receiving the item I noticed that the ingredients listed on the container do not match the ones listed here. The ingredients listed above that were not found on the product are:Sodium Myreth Sulfate, Soyamide DEA, Citrus Grandis, citric acid, phenoxyethanol. The ingredients listed on the product but not listed above are. Sodium Lauroyl sarcosinate, Sodium cocoyl isethionate, bisabolol, Carrageenan, Sodiuim Benzoate. The frangrance ingredients are, Iinalool, limonene, and benzyl benzoate.
I returned the product to drugstore and called alba, they said they strive for complete accuracy and said the ingredients on the bottle are the correct ones. I can't give it a bad or good review because I didn't try it. Just wanted to save people the hassle if they don't like the ingredients.

I've tried many different types of face wash, but I always come back to Alba. It's gentle and thorough, I love knowing that no animals have been harmed just so that I can wash my face.
