The magic enzymes just eat all your dead skin cells. Nom nom nom! Totally eliminates those sandpaper bumps and flakes and makes me skin feel like it did the first time I ever washed my face with decent products when I was 13. It is like a having a new face. I have very fair skin and this does not make my face red or irritated but it works better than rough scrubs that just turn me pink. This is similar to the Fruit Enzyme Scrub made by Mychelle Dermaceuticals (which I love) but it costs much less. I wish I'd waited for my fave before trying this. The ratio of scrub to goo is in favor of goo, and it doesn't even clean your face. I can't wait til its gone and I can go back to the AO scrub! I saw this and thought I'd give it a try pretty much for that reason alone. The scent is tropical and happy but not too strong and I was very pleased with the way it worked. My skin is sensitive so I thought I'd only be able to use it once a week or so but was surprised that this organic product, that I'd never heard of before, did such a good job and is gentle enough for daily use. There is just the right amount of exfoliation without me feeling like I'm using sand paper on my face. I bought some of the other products to try and have used the facial cleanser and really enjoy that as well.

The jojoba beads smoothed out my skin and effectively removed flakes of dead skin without scratching my skin. As a bonus, the pineapple enzymes added extra rejuvenation and my skin has never looked better. Don't be afraid of the price, use less and toss out that awful "natural" apricot scrub - it scratches your skin's surface and increases pimples, dirt and redness. Pros

I also really love how this makes my skin feel and it smells amazing! It happened to be on sale when I bought it but I plan to continue buying it, it seems worth the price. Pros

My t zone is very oily, cheeks are dry and my chin is constantly breaking out in cystic acne. While I haven't noticed a difference in the acne (And I'm not sure there's anything out there that will make a difference) the over all quality of my skin is much better. It looks more healthy and feels smoother. Pros

I was hoping for some extra effect because of the papain and AHAs in pineapple, but there was no noticible difference between this and a generic apriot scrub. |
