The picture shows (and the ingredients listed confirm) alba's "natural lip tinted balm with cool peppermint". What drugstore.com sends you instead is the "70% organic mineral tinted lip balm with chemical free spf". Which is garbage. It goes on like a cold crayola, tugging and tearing at your lips, and smells like a wax candle. I complained to drugstore.com that they did not send me what they are offering and they sent me another of the same garbage. And then they stopped responding to my emails.

I love the Bloom color, so I ordered this one. It was like rubbing my lips with a candle. Hard as a rock, totally different than the Bloom version, which applied easily.

I bought both the Blaze and the Sienna, and the Sienna is so much drier, chalky and difficult to apply - like a wax crayon. The Blaze color does not have this problem

I bought Sienna which turned out to be a coppery orange color. It's hard to get on your lips and feels sticky once applied.

This lip balm is so dry that it can't be applied to lips! Terrible product in this color . Nothing good about this lip balm!

This is my favorite lipstick ever, I am back on drugstore.com to buy more. I love the color. I color my hair red with henna, and this lipstick makes is a gorgeous warm color that really accentuates my hair, eyes, and blush/bronzer. If you like warm rich colors, this is for you. If I want a more subdued look, I'll go with something else, but I wear this at every appropriate opportunity, it is such a pretty color.
The only bad part is application. It is impossible to apply to dry lips. However, I have found that if I first use a little Burt's Bees lip balm, it is very easy to apply. Problem solved :-)

If you read other comments, you will see that the Sienna colored balm that is being shipped by Drugstore.com is frequently dry and rancid. Mine was so dry, it was like a crayon. Better off getting this color from a place that has a higher turnover of this product.

Had tried J.R. Watkins tinted lip balm and really like it. Drugstore.com didn't carry so thought I would try alba 3for1. Sienna is HORRIBLE! Bloom has an slight odor to it, BLaze & Pineapple Quench are very nice. Don't waste money on the other 2.

I used this product while telemark skiing and it was effective as a sun block. I found it to heavy and ill tasting for daily use.
