Comments about Aleve All Day Strong Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer, Caplets, 100 ea:
Relieves my pain so I can sleep better at night. Without it I toss and turn all night. I usually take one tablet at bedtime and sometimes I take one tablet during the day if I have persistent pain. Long lasting pain reliever. I have not noticed any side effects but anyone should read the label and directions.
Comments about Aleve All Day Strong Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer, Caplets, 100 ea:
This is my go to pain reliever for fever, headaches, and body aches. I love that you can take one and not have to take another one four hours later. Also, you can take as many as two if you really need to, but I have found that it is rarely necessary for me for average pain.

Aleve never fails me. I use it for headaches, backaches, and other muscle aches. It works every time. I won't go anywhere without it.
Comments about Aleve All Day Strong Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer, Caplets, 100 ea:
Aleve never fails me - from a toothache (the reason I first tried it 20+ years ago), to a headache, to menstrual cramps, it's the best pain reliever out there! And, it doesn't seem to lose its effectiveness over time like some other pain relievers where you have to switch brands or types. Nor has it ever upset my stomach or digestive tract!

Comments about Aleve All Day Strong Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer, Caplets, 100 ea:
I have tendonitis in my elbow, and after six months of Motrin therapy (did not work) my doctor prescribed Naproxen. It wiped away all the pain and inflammation. Now, whenever it flares up again or I have any other joint pain, I take Aleve for about 2 or 3 days straight. I have never had any anti-inflammatory medication work as well as Aleve does with no side effects like nausea or stomach aches that Ibuprofen can cause.

I have arthritis in my ...

Comments about Aleve All Day Strong Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer, Caplets, 100 ea:
I have arthritis in my hands and ankles, plus I have recurring low back pain. I tried this instead of ibuprofen, because I wanted to try a once every 12 hours pain reliever. I won't buy this again. It takes at least 2-3 hours to start becoming effective, and while it reduces the pain, it does not eliminate it within that time. The pain in my hands is somewhat less by that point, but the pain in my back is still considerable, although reduced a little. I found the directions confusing; I took one pill the first time I used it with virtually no relief. This time I took two pills at the same time for some relief as described above. I think I'll go back to ibuprofen, even though I don't like taking so many pills in a day.

Another product I strongly recommend. It has a much better effect on menstrual cramps and heavy flow than any of the other pain relievers I have tried.
Comments about Aleve All Day Strong Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer, Caplets, 100 ea:
Works great for my bursitis! Unfortunately 2 capsules per day of Aleve gives me terrible curl-up-in-a-ball stomach pains, and sometimes upper abdominal pain. Within two hours of taking the third pill, 12 hours apart with meals and water, I am doubled up in pain. I've had to see the doctor and he said to discontinue using it. I have no history of ulcers. I'll have to go back to Motrin, which does not work as well for my Bursitis. I've tried taking this for headaches, but it just doesn't do anything for me. However, I have a TMJ problem (I clench my teeth while I'm sleeping), and my dentist recommended I try this because aspirin, Tylenol, and Advil weren't helping the pain in my jaw. Aleve really worked for that particular pain! And one dose really does last for hours and hours. I'd definitely recommend this for any kind of joint pain.
