Stomach bleeding warning: This product contains a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which may cause stomach bleeding. The chance is higher if you:
are age 60 or older
have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems
take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug
take other drugs containing NSAID (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others)
have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product
take more or for a longer time than directed
Do not use:
if you have ever had an allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer
right before or after heart surgery
if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for two weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

Ask a doctor before use if you have:
problems or serious side effects from taking pain relievers or fever reducers
stomach problems that last or come back, such as heartburn, upset stomach, or stomach pain.

heart or kidney disease
reached age 60 or older
diabetes
trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland
asthma
high blood pressure
taken a diuretic
thyroid disease
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:
taking any other drug containing an NSAID (prescription or nonprescription)

under a doctor's care for any serious condition
using any other product that contains naproxen or pseudoephedrine
taking any other pain reliever/fever reducer or nasal decongestant
taking any other drug
When using this product:
take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs
the risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if you use more than directed or for longer than directed
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
you feel faint, vomit blood, or have bloody or black stools. These are signs of stomach bleeding.
fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days.
stomach pain or upset gets worse or lasts
redness or swelling is present in the painful area
any new symptoms occur
you have difficulty swallowing or caplet feels stuck in your throat
you develop heartburn.
you get nervous, dizzy, or sleepless
nasal congestion lasts more than 7 days.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use naproxen sodium during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.
Keep out of the reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

This is the only product I reach for when I have a moderate to severe sinus headache, which unfortunately is more frequent than I would like. I take one tablet when I feel a headache coming on and I will usually be good for the next 12 hours or so. Usually by that time whatever is aggravating my sinuses has moved on. It opens up the sinus passages while reducing the pain and pressure. I've experienced no adverse side effects. I would highly recommend it!

I have a sinus headache right now. It's killing me. I took 1 pill of this hours ago, and it hasn't reallly helped. I miss Sudafed for Sinus Headache which worked.

Working in an older building, with mold/mildew issues, sinus congestion and sinus headaches are frequent. This is the one product that clears it up quickly and without side effects of either becoming drowsy or hyper active.

We have tried many products, in this catagory, but this is the ONLY one that actually does what it claims to do. On the onset of a sinus attack... just take one Aleve Sinus Headache and, before long... it is gone. This is a great item!!! It clears up swelling, runny nose and most important of all... it helps the headache go away. Thank you so much for such a good product!!!

This stuff is the ONLY thing that gets rid of my sinus headaches! For me it does take about an hour to really be effective but after that I'm good. By the time the meds. wear off so has whatever has caused the headache. It also does wonders for my mom and sisters too. Only side effects I've noticed are that I feel drowsy and the tip of my nose feels cold (strange I know) a few hours after taking it. If you suffer from sinus headaches/pressure give this stuff a try because at the very least it won't help you at all but if you are like me it could make a world of difference for when you get a sinus headache!

I only use this when absolutely necessary. This is a very potent over the counter medicine. But it's the only non prescription medicine that will stop a severe sinus headache within minutes for me.

Love this stuff! I take it mornings when my head is heavy and congested, and within a half hour I am feeling clear headed and alert again. Works all day. Can't take it late in the day as it will keep me awake.
