Now I am a daily probiotic user and I started with Align. Once I realized my annoying irregularity could be eliminated with probiotics, I decided to try other brands, too. This product is great, but I have found the same effectiveness experimenting with less expensive options. (Thank goodness, because I'm going to use probiotics for the rest of my life.) I no longer have to restrict my activities based on access to the nearest bathroom at ANY time. (Road trips were horrifying). After years of discomfort I am so grateful and hope they never stop making it or change the formula. Pros

I take it with my other supplements. If I ever forget my supplements (which is almost never) I can tell by mid-day. My doctor recommended it and I am so grateful.
